GM reached out to us to help them with the launch of CarBravo, their new online used car venture. While there are now many players in this field, none have GM’s service support infrastructure. The “Usedphoria” spots humorously reinforce this advantage, emphasizing the reassuring feeling that comes with being a CarBravo customer. To help set the tone for this relationship, we infused our graphic bookends with a playful and relatable personality. We researched the subtleties of human facial movement, then applied what we learned to the behavior of our animations. At the conclusion of spots, an amiable brand personality shines through as the CarBravo logo tilts slightly and gives us a friendly wink.
