THE LION KING

For this main title, our objective was to craft something that was clean, classic and elegant, and most importantly befitting of a king. We created the main on end titles which play over Sir Elton John's “Never Too Late”.

The weathered stone letters recall Pride Rock, where the lion kings have ruled for generations. A golden hue accents the letters with a regal feeling. We created 3D renders of the letters for a 3D stereo format so they could really stand out against the black background. The letters were hand-painted to give them a graceful, finished look.
