Reprisal

For Hulu's Reprisal, we were asked to help craft a unique graphic language for several of the show's VFX sequences, featuring scenes that flash back or flash forward to tell a poignant tale. Taking advantage of the show’s highly stylized art direction, we developed a cohesive visual logic to tie into the visuals and engage viewers on a deeper level. We integrated abstract imagery, original 2D animation and archival footage into the live action in a way that pays homage to the bizarrely memorable sequences from “Natural Born Killers”.
