We were delighted to work on the main on end title sequence for Disney’s Lilo and Stitch. The live action film re-imagines the heart-warming story of a little girl and her alien best friend. Our Main on End sequence takes us on a journey through Lilo’s room, where a mix of family photos and Lilo’s artwork feature all of the loved ones who now make up her extended “Ohana” (family) at the film’s end. We wanted to express the creativity of Lilo and the mischievous energy of Stitch as we animated crayon drawings, collages, and gif-style photo animations. The creativity carried through to the credit attributes, where we crafted a custom font to mimic Lilo’s handwriting. We tied all of these elements together by making a 3D recreation of her room, complete with all of her collected knick-knacks.
