A sense of peril is foreshadowed in this title sequence by following a car's journey through suburban landscapes, as if looking outside from a moving car window. The frame is divided into panels that wipe on and off the screen, sometimes overlapping, and fragmenting the scene to create a jarring feeling of discomfort.
